This page (together with the Privacy Notice and the Cookies Policy) sets out the terms of use of this website (“Terms of Use”). Please read carefully these Terms of Use, which govern the use of this Website. By using this Website you accept these Terms of Use unreservedly and unrestrictedly. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use unreservedly and unrestrictedly, please refrain from using the services and content of this Website. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
User is granted access to the Website on a temporary basis, and the Association reserves the right to withdraw or modify the service provided by the Website without prior notice (see below). User must take all and any action required to ensure access to the Website. Moreover, user must ensure that anyone visiting the Website through user’s own internet connection is aware of and complies with these Terms of Use.
The Association may restrict access to the Website in whole or in part from time to time, or discontinue its operation indefinitely. The Association reserves the right to suspend the operation of this Website for the purpose of updating it, upgrading the software or improving the security settings.
The Association reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, prohibit and/or terminate the access of any user to the Website, if said user has, in the reasonable opinion of the Association, violated these Terms of Use and/or the law, or where access by said user may expose the Association and/or the user and/or any third party to risk.
As a condition for accessing and using the Website, user assures the Association that they shall not use the Website in a way that would violate the Terms of Use or result in civil liability, constitute or encourage any conduct that could be considered a criminal offence or be in breach of any law. Use of any part of the Content – other than as provided in these Terms of Use – without written permission of the Content owner is strictly prohibited. The Association will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law, including, among other options, seeking criminal prosecution.

Commercial use of Content images is not allowed, as they may constitute intellectual property of third parties. If an image is selected, the use of which requires acknowledgement of the photographer, the user must refer to the photographer’s name in each publication of the specific image.

GOVERNING LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS
The above Terms of Use and any modification thereof are governed by the Greek law. Any dispute arising from use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
All rights and remedies provided under the Terms of Use are cumulative and do not exclude any rights and remedies provided by the law or any other agreement.
If any part of the Terms of Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable laws, including, but not limited to, any warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set out above, the invalid or unenforceable term shall be considered to be replaced by a valid and enforceable one, which shall be as close to the purpose of the original term as possible, and all other terms shall remain in force.
