The Association is managed by a Board of Directors whose members are as many as the companies of the Association. Each member company of the Association is entitled to designate a member of the Board of Directors as well as his deputy, and has the right to replace them at any time. Each member of the Board of Directors has one vote. The term of office of the members of the Board of Directors is ten years. The Board of Directors elects the President and Vice-President between its members every three years.
